Who we are, what we do and what we don't do;

We develop and maintain gaming and entertainment software, which includes integration to an affiliate tracking system and payment system.
We license our software with the option to use the complimentary systems.

Our main and only responsibility is providing fair, accurate and state of the art gaming and entertainment software that is TST certified and PCI compliant.

We are not a gaming platform and/or do not run a gaming operation. We do not provide white label or other types of turnkey solutions. All our software licensees are stand alone entities. We do not provide End-User support. We do not process or handle funds on behalf of our software licensees. We are not involved in any way in the management of our software licensees' operation. We are responsible for the accuracy of End-User statistics but we are not responsible for End-User payments. We are responsible for the accuracy of statistics generated by Topgame's Affiliate Tracking System but we are not responsible for Affiliate payments. We do not sign any agreements with affiliates, this is entirely the responsibility of our software licensees. We do not have an End-User Customer Service department. Communication between CS representatives and End-Users is managed by our software licensees. All End-User verifications and payout decisions are made by our software licensees, and not by the financial department of Topgame.
